“Not my might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.”
~ Zechariah 4:6

“Father in Heaven, I am weak, trembling within, palpitating, low energy.”

I think “if only”. “If only…I felt better.” “If only…I had more energy.” “If only…I could think clearly…”
THEN…I would serve the LORD in usefulness,
THEN…I would be more productive, accomplishing something,
THEN…I would have a passion, a desire, a burden to love others.
THEN…(and this is the sorry reality of my self-centered musings)…then I would be unbearable, intolerable and all self-satisfied: glorying in myself and not in God.

“Father in Heaven, I am weak and trembling and scattered…and I thank You for this way of existing and passing through life. It’s the perfect place to be thoroughly useful to You and Your kingdom. Father, I yield myself to You just as I am: able or unable, able or disabled…I trust You to be working in and through me today…in my weakness of body and brain. I am in the perfect place. You may work unhindered here…in my weakness.”

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.”
~ Isaiah 40:29

“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
~ 2 Corinthians 12:9
