“I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.”
“I have all and abound. I am full.” ~ Philippians 4:11, 18

One of God’s purposes for me is to learn; and learning is not a passive activity. God has something to teach me today. God is not without a purpose. And, wonder of wonders, He is not only working His purpose out over the swath of His whole creation, He is also working His purposes out in and through me. That’s pretty wonderful. When I’ve lost my aim, my vision, my “oomph” of purpose, God hasn’t.

“Father in heaven, thank You for the dis-ease you have allowed in my life; it’s a place for me to LEARN. Father, lead us; lead me according to Your good and acceptable and perfect purposes for us.”
