One day my husband and I were studying a world globe and wondering at the immense size of Russia. As we chatted with each other, one of us remarked, “It dwarfs the United States.” (in comparison of size) Our then six-year-old daughter overheard us and couldn’t believe her ears, “You mean there are really dwarves in Russia!?!” (think Snow White and the seven dwarves!)
